The company is headquartered in Satteldorf. Our soccer cosmos includes numerous stores in the DACH region and in Eastern Europe. The 11teamsports Group employs more than 1,000 people.
- Execute 11teamsports‘ social media content plan for DE local and DE Academy channels in alignment with the global brand vision and objectives, in close collaboration with the Social Media Lead
- Create and publish localized content for Instagram and Facebook, adapting global formats and campaigns to the German market
- Act as the brand’s voice on German channels, ensuring consistent tone, style, and messaging, while adapting global narratives to the local market
- Lead community management on DE channels by engaging with followers, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering meaningful conversations
- Cover local games, grassroots tournaments, Academy moments, and cultural football events, delivering real-time content and highlights
- Support content production during shootings, events, and campaigns, from preparation to on-site execution
- Monitor performance of DE channels and Academy content, contributing insights and learnings to improve content effectiveness
- Experience in social media marketing, ideally within sports, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or an agency environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including formats, trends, and best practices
- Hands-on content creation skills (short-form video editing, copywriting; basic design skills are a plus)
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Later)
- Passion for football, grassroots culture, and digital storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team setup
- Structured, reliable, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in German and at least B2 in English
